Welcome to Psylent Journeys!!

Welcome to Psylent Journeys, where I offer guided psychedelic therapy utilizing natural plant medicines in accordance with Colorado Law. As the sole proprietor of this practice, I bring the therapeutic experience directly to you, right in the comfort of your own home. My multi-modal approach incorporates various therapeutic techniques and different natural plant medicines, creating a non-clinical therapy option accessible to individuals aged 21 and above.

Multi-Modal

Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapy (MBPT) is a powerful modality that forms the foundation of our therapeutic journey together. Honoring each client as the unique person that you are, we embark on a collaborative path towards achieving your personal goals while honoring the importance of your time and mental health every step of the way.

 

Alongside MBPT, we can include a variety of other modalities such as conscious breathwork, art, intuitive movement, and time spent in nature. I tailor our sessions to address a wide range of goals, whether it's seeking creative inspiration, finding relief from depression or trauma, or gaining deeper self-awareness.

Hello! I'm Dylan Cook: the sole operator of Psylent Journeys and your personal guide to the psychedelic therapy experience. I believe that mental health is an ongoing journey woven into the fabric of our lives, a process continually under construction rather than a destination.
